The heart behind The Flock's Community Spotlight is to highlight family friendly events taking place within The Flock's listening area (about a 60 mile radius surrounding Minot ND). We place an emphasis on free events so the most amount of people can attend. Being a Christian faith based station, we prioritize Christian events, but family friendly non-Christian events are welcome. Events requiring an entry fee will be reviewed and accepted on a case by case basis.
Each approved event will be given 10 to 15 seconds of air time within the Community Spotlight segment. There is no cost to have your event announced on The Flock's Community Spotlight as it is intended to benefit the local community.
**Disclaimer - We will not include events that are religious in nature but are not of the Christian faith. Additionally, we will not include events where alcohol is served. All advertisement requests are subject to approval by KFLK and Calvary Chapel Minot.
**Please give a minimum of three weeks notice prior to your event to allow time for production and time to air the announcement for your event**
